Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged based on the total order weight:
- Up to 0.6 lb: $3.99
- Above 0.6 lb: $5.99
- Above 1 lb: $9.99
- Above 5 lb: $14.99
Expedited Shipping (Sample Orders only)
- Starts at $14 (Actual Cost Based on Weight)
- Overnight Shipping (Sample Orders only): Starts at $23 (Actual Cost Based on Weight)
Note: Some U.S. products may take 4-7 business days to ship. If mixed with items that ship in 2-5 business days, the longer time frame will apply. Place separate orders for expedited shipping.
Shipping & Delivery Times
After your order is placed, we'll confirm it and send an invoice within 24 hours.
- General processing for new wholesalers: within 2 working days.
- Estimated global shipping: 7-12 working days via DHL/FedEx/UPS, or 10-15 days via EMS (excluding Russia).
Packages may be delayed due to stock shortages. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and will wait for your reply to proceed.
Shipping Cost Calculation
Postage is calculated by weight. The more you buy, the more you save! Shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery method, and destination.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, EU, and Brazil.
- Canada and Mexico: 2-3 business days, $20
- UK and EU: 2-3 business days, $50
- Brazil: 2-3 business days, $50
Your order may incur import duties and taxes upon reaching your country, which are your responsibility.
Order Status
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Allow 48 hours for tracking to be available. If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 days of confirmation, contact us at shop@thesouthernlily.com.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
